  Review via email 14 Nov 2024:- Refurbishment of terraced cottage  Over the last 2 years Kevin has completed various different works in the process of refurbishing my cottage. His work is of a very high standard. He has undertaken various different carpentry and building tasks both inside and outside my cottage, specifically;-manufacture and fit a front gate, fencing to the front & rear gardens, 2 outbuildings, 1 set of concrete garden steps, 4 bespoke manufactured internal doors, skirting, architrave, finishing details to my new staircase, acoustic boarding to the party wall, thermal boarding to the external walls and ceilings, a bespoke wardrobe, window cills, T&G staircase soffit boarding, various wall mounted fixtures and fittings, plastering to my chimney breast, plastering and joint filling to my new acoustic and thermal boarding, plumbing works to rectify leaking pipework and also to disconnect and remove a header tank and hot water cylinder connected to an old back boiler system and associated pipe-work. Kevin is friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. His Invoices always clearly detail the work they are for.

  Review left on 23 Nov 2022:- Fitting doors   Kevin fitted 7 new doors in our house that was not an easy and straightforward job, because our house is old and the door frames were all different sizes. Kevin cut all the doors to size and spent a lot of time & effort getting it just right. The work he did was extremely good value. Kevin is a lovely amiable person to work with and was always willing to allay any concerns or queries. Highly recommended!

  Review sent via email on 15/2/22:-  Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments. Kevin has completed fitting our new kitchen and upgrading our bathroom.  He works to a very high standard and takes real pride in his work and both rooms now look beautiful.  He chatted with us at the beginning of the project to ensure he understood what we wanted and then kept us informed right the way through so we knew what would be happening next.  He arranged and supervised all visits needed by other tradesmen which made the whole process stress free for us. His time keeping is excellent, he leaves the house clean and tidy at the end of each day and his cheerful demeanor made for a happy workplace.  We would definitely recommend Kevin and would have no hesitation in employing him again for any other projects we may have in the future.
